Lab Objective

This lab is designed to ensure we will be able to download the standard flows.

Pre-requisite

  1. Admin credentials to login to IMI Connect.

1. Download the Standard Flows

  • Login to IMI Connect
  • Go to help and click Documentation
  • Click View all under CISCO WEBEX CONTACT CENTER & IMICONNECT INTEGRATION
  • Click Flow Configuration Using Sample Templates
  • Click on “These flows are available for download here.”
  • Click Save to save the file
